Once you have finished the test you are evaluated and intimated if you have passed and can take the next test which is the practical exam. In the practical exam the state examiner will ask you to perform at least 5 skills on a live model. These are mainly related to personal care and you need to perform all of them correctly to pass it. You may get nervous at the thought of having to do the tasks under the watchful eyes of the state examiner but you should rather take this as an opportunity to show your talent and temperament and prove that you are ready to be absorbed into the competitive world of a certified nurse assistant.

If you pass both the written and practical test you are declared as having passed the certified nursing assistant state exam and you are certified and listed on the Kansas Nurse Aide Registry. However, if you fail the test you can appear for it a maximum of 3 times and if you still can't make it you will have to undertake the entire training program and appear for the test. However, cracking the Kansas CNA State Exam shouldn't be that difficult for you if you have followed the classroom and the practical instruction during as the questions are based on what has been taught to you during the training period. He may stand very low as far as the hierarchy of the medical professionals is concerned but that doesn't mean they have fewer responsibility or they aren't as important.
