New York CNA State Exam is the key to a career as a Certified Nurse Aide. A person has to pass the CNA State Exam to be awarded with certification which lets him work in any state in the USA without getting into legal trouble.

Once you have passed the New York State Exam, you get registered and listed on the New York Nurse Aide Registry which then allows you to search jobs and work in any state in the United States. However, in the event that you fail, you can still appear the exam for a maximum of 3 times and if you still don't make it you will have to retake the entire training program and sit for the exam.
